SingleHunt, the dating app made by SingleHunt, Inc., is for adults only. We do not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. These standards apply to everyone who uses SingleHunt and to everything shared on it.
What is prohibited
On SingleHunt, you may not:
- Create, upload, share, send, ask for or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any image, video, text or other content that shows or describes a minor in a sexual way;
- Use SingleHunt to contact, groom, sexualize, solicit, traffic or otherwise exploit a minor, or to arrange to meet a minor;
- Use SingleHunt if you are under 18, or help someone under 18 use it.
These rules come on top of our Terms of Service, which already require every member to be at least 18 and forbid sexually explicit and unlawful content.
18 and over only
You must be at least 18 to create an account. You give your age when you sign up, and we do not accept an age under 18. In the ID check, our verification provider reads the date of birth on your government ID: when it shows you are under 18, the check is declined and our team is told. If we learn that a member is under 18, we remove their account.
How to report
If you see anything on SingleHunt that may involve a minor, report it to us at once.
In the app
- A profile: tap ⋯ at the top of the profile, then Report and the member’s name. Pick a reason (use Others if none fits), say what you saw in the note, and tap Send.
- A chat or a message: in the chat, tap ⋯ and choose Report the member or Report a message, or press and hold the message.
By email
Email developer@singlehunt.com with the subject “Child safety”. Tell us the member’s name as shown in the app and what you saw. Please do not send us copies of any image of a minor.
Outside SingleHunt
If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (911 in the United States). In the United States you can also report child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
What we do
- Our team reviews reports. When we find CSAE or CSAM, we remove the content and the accounts involved from SingleHunt.
- Our policy is to report apparent CSAM to NCMEC’s CyberTipline, as United States law requires, and to cooperate with law enforcement, including by keeping the information the law asks us to keep.
- We comply with the child safety laws that apply to us.
Child safety contact
Our designated contact for child safety, for members, the public, app stores and law enforcement, is developer@singlehunt.com. SingleHunt, Inc. is located in Dover, Delaware, United States.
